How is this different from a 'hire a VA' service?

Can we start part-time?

Yes. Half-time engagements are common for executives who don't yet have full-time-worth of work. We can also start full-time and trim later if needed.

What about access to sensitive accounts?

We follow your security policies — password managers, MFA, restricted access, role-based permissions. Most clients give limited delegated access (Gmail delegate, calendar share, restricted Drive) rather than primary credentials.

What if our VA isn't a fit?

We rematch you. We profile the role carefully up front to minimize mismatches, but personality and working style fit matter — if it's off, we move quickly.
