Do you only handle software you built?

No — we take over hosting and maintenance for software built by other teams (or that you built yourself) regularly. The audit step makes sure we know what we're inheriting.

What's the response time when something breaks?

Monitored services with critical alerts get a same-business-day response, usually within the hour during business hours. Different SLAs are available for businesses that need 24/7 coverage.

How is this priced?

Monthly retainer based on the scope of what we're maintaining. Includes hosting management, monitoring, backups, patches, and reasonable bug fixes. New feature development is scoped separately.

Can we move our hosting if we want to?

Yes, anytime. No lock-in. We document everything so another team can take over if needed.

What's not included?

Major feature work and significant new development are scoped as separate projects. Routine maintenance, security patches, small fixes, and content updates are all included in the retainer.
